1. Definitions & Interpretation

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms of Service:

• "Agreement" means these Terms of Service, including all amendments and supplements
• "Company", "we", "us", "our" means MB LEMOS, a Lithuanian private limited company
• "Platform" or "LOKINS" means the online booking and scheduling software service
• "Customer" means end-users who book services through the Platform
• "Service Provider" means businesses offering services through the Platform
• "Partner" means individuals or entities in our referral program
• "User", "you", "your" means any person accessing or using the Platform
• "Services" means all services provided through the LOKINS Platform
• "Content" means all text, images, data, and materials on the Platform
• "Personal Data" has the meaning in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
• "Processing" has the meaning in GDPR

1.2 Interpretation

• References to statutes or regulations include amendments and successors
• Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation
• "Including" means "including but not limited to"
• Singular includes plural and vice versa
• References to "writing" include electronic communications

1.3 Language

These Terms are concluded in English. Any translations are for convenience only. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails.
